From 1948, the Ristorante Da Nello Al Montegrappa is synonymous with eating well in Bologna. The tradition of the dishes and flavours of the typical Bolognese cuisine marries with the quality of the ingredients and the warm and accurate service. Specialties, from game meats to seafood, from truffles to mushrooms, and seasonal delights round up a menu capable of satisfying even the most exigent palates.

All of our dishes are 100% prepared in house. Our strong point is fresh pasta, tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, lasagne with sheets rigorously rolled by hand.
Our menu punctually follows the changing of the seasons.
The cold of winter welcomes game dishes, white truffles and all artichoke-based specialties. In spring, here come the asparagus in all their variety, as well as the precious morel mushrooms. Summer gives way to cold dishes and mediterranean specialties based on aubergines. Autumn sees the triumph of the most precious mushrooms of the woods, the porcini and ovoli, for flavourful salads and delicious main courses.
